Our CEO, Caroline Compiani, has been in the cleaning industry for over 15 years. What began as residential cleaning grew into something much bigger — a reputation built one home at a time, one satisfied client at a time.
Over the years, as her residential operation became one of Connecticut’s most trusted names in the space, Caroline started taking on commercial clients too. And that’s when she noticed something that kept coming up: businesses couldn’t find a commercial cleaning company they could actually count on. One that showed up when they said they would, did what they promised, and genuinely cared about the result.
